NEW MUNICIPALITY

Saturday 27 October 2018 – Inauguration of the New Town Hall of Gabicce Mare. The first Italian Town Hall built entirely in wood, the first example in Italy of state-of-the-art public housing for energy efficiency and seismic upgrading. A property nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) almost zero consumption, that is to high energy performance. The new Town Hall, with a volume of about 1,300 square meters of three floors plus a basement and a solar panel with solar panels, was conceived in harmony with the achievement of the objectives related to quality and environmental sustainability, technological and constructive innovation and energy efficiency of the intervention as a whole. Also realized the new square in front of the construction for summer events.
