To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total amountis required .

In the event that there is a cancellation for any reason, with a notice of 30 days from the check-in datewe will refund you in full the sum already paid , while in the event that the cancellation is communicated with a notice within 30 days from the check-in date check-in the deposit will be retained and can be used for future stays until September 2025. In case of No Show the deposit is lost. You have until next year to enjoy your beach holiday!

Conditions

  • Meals not consumed will not be deducted but replaced with a takeaway lunch.
  • When requesting your stay, please inform the management in case of food allergies or exclusion of certain foods due to ethical and ethnic reasons.
  • We accept small pets (not allowed in the restaurant room)
  • Reservations are considered confirmed only after receipt of the deposit .
  • Tourist tax: €1.20 per day per person for the first 7 days of stay, children under 14 years are exempt.
  • There are no discounts on quotes confirmed via email or whatsapp
  • For the period of August, being high season, the hotel management reserves the right to give priority to stays with arrival on Saturday, Sunday or Monday.
  • The Full Board Including Beach and Half Board Including Beach treatments can be used for a minimum stay of 4 nights
